Church Community Worker

The Church Community Worker is responsible for Line Managing the work of the project and has several staff, that in line with the management boards wishes carries out several tasks to meet local needs in the Frankley area like:

·   Two weekly lunch clubs for the elderly

·  Co-ordinates the Frankley Professional Workers Forum

.   Runs a fortnightly disco at Frogmill Centre during term time.

·  Chairs the Frogmill Centre Management Committee.

·  Co-ordinates summer camps.

·   Co-ordinates youth & adult exchanges.

·   Joint Co-ordinator of the Frankley men’s breakfast club.

·   Leads the “Sunday Crew” young people’s group.

·  Editor of the Frankley Neighbourhood News.

·   Is an active member of the Focus Group for the Forestdale

  Community Park.

·  Is an active member on various other local community groups.
