About Us
The Frankley Church Community Project originated in 1990
out of the conviction of the two churches in Frankley,
St Christopher's and St Leonard's, that they should seek to serve the whole community of the area in every way that they could.
The diversity of work, from assisting with the running of the community halls to the starting of Young Savers Clubs and from money advice drop in to the Professional Workers' Forum, is increasing from year to year.
This you will see from the report and I do believe
that we serve the area well.
Any community work which is undertaken on such a scale as ours needs three ingredients; the dedication and skill of the paid workers and volunteers, a committee which is able and supportive as well as generous and secure funding.
We are very lucky indeed to have all of these at the Project.
